Shipping Procedures

Sol Solutions uses trusted shipping services such as US Postal Service, UPS, and others when appropriate. Our shipping rates are selected based on the rates of those services and packaging and handling costs.

Return Policy

If you have received an item from your order in broken/malfunctional condition, you may return it in its original packaging within 30 days to Sol Solutions or to MFG for repair/replacement. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for any product returned in working condition and/or if factory seal is broken. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or log into your account and fill out the RMA Request Form. Please include the order number, your name, and the item name and/or part number in your message. We will provide you with the appropriate mailing address and return instructions. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the package label so that we may quickly and efficiently process your return. No refunds can be given without first receiving the damaged/returned item.
